How do I send a file for printing?

After preparing the files according to our guidelines and placing an order, you can send us the files for printing in several ways:

By email:
- You can send smaller files (up to 10-15 MB ) to our e-mail address: [email protected] .
- In the e-mail, please describe precisely which order the files being sent concern.
FTP server (for larger files):
- For larger files, we recommend using an FTP server . If you need access to our FTP server, please contact our customer service department for login information.
Online file sharing platform such as WeTransfer (for larger files):
- For larger files, we recommend using file sharing platforms such as WeTransfer, Google Drive .

Important notes:

Please name the files unambiguously , making them easier to identify (e.g. "company_logo_flag.pdf", "beachflag_event_page1.tif"). Avoid Polish diacritics in file names.
