In your submission, please provide brief information about the order to speed up the process. Include:

  • first and last name and company name
  • e-mail
  • order number
  • short description of the issue
  • attached photos
  • expected solution (e.g. repair, replacement, refund)

The time for complaint handling for consumers or entrepreneurs acting as consumers is a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is considered valid. For entrepreneurs, the deadline for filing a complaint is 14 days in the summer period (from June 15 to September 15) or 7 days during the rest of the year.

We will review your complaint as quickly as possible and inform you of the decision. We want the process to be clear and transparent, which is why you will receive reliable information at every step. For us, a complaint is an opportunity to show that we can take care of the customer in every situation.

Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)

We understand that sometimes the decision to purchase may change. That is why consumers and entrepreneurs acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. We strive to ensure that the return procedure is simple and free from unnecessary formalities.

The right to return a product applies within 14 days from the date of its receipt. You can declare your wish to withdraw from the contract by e-mail, via the contact form on the store website, or by letter.

To be accepted, the product must be unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and with all accessories included. It must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Once the return is accepted, we refund the price of the product and the cost of the cheapest delivery option available in the store.

🚫 No right of return for:

  • Dedicated Products – made to individual order (e.g. with print, in agreed dimensions or colors)
  • Personalized Products
