Preparing Files for Print
To properly prepare your files for printing, please follow a few key rules outlined in our Print File Preparation Specification.

- Submitting files that meet the specification speeds up the order process
- Correctly prepared files minimise the risk of printing errors
Ways to Send Your Files
Once you’ve prepared your files according to our guidelines and placed your order, you can send your print files to us in several ways:
📧 E-mail (files up to 10–15 MB)
Smaller files can be sent to our e-mail address:

In your e-mail, please clearly indicate which order the files relate to.
🌐 FTP Server (larger files)
For larger files, we recommend using our FTP server.
If you require access to our FTP server, please contact our customer service team to obtain login details.
☁️ Online Platforms (WeTransfer, Google Drive)
For larger files, we recommend using file-sharing platforms such as:
- WeTransfer
- Google Drive
- Other similar services
⚠️ Important File Notes
- Please give your files clear names that make them easy to identify (e.g. "company_logo_flag.pdf", "beachflag_event_page1.tif")
- Do not use Polish diacritical characters in file names
- Submitting files that meet the specification speeds up the order process
- Ensure that the files comply with our specifications
